Один из типов моделей окупаемости денежного потока, отношение скорректированных денежных притоков (cash in) в текущих ценах к скорректированным денежным оттокам (cash out) в текущих ценах. Это один из показателей, применяемых при оценке бизнеса, инвестиционного проекта. Его преимуществом является именно тот факт, что как денежные потоки, генерируемые существующими и будущими активами, так и первоначальные инвестиции выражаются в текущих ценах, т. е. учитывается фактор инфляции. CFROI — показатель эффективности инвестиций, соответствующий внутренней норме доходности (IRR) на всю совокупность инвестиций, производимых фирмой. То же: Отдача денежного потока на инвестиции. См.
